Lisa Eldridge

"I visit Margaux Hair Salon in North London for cuts and colour; they use all-natural products and give the most wonderful ‘undone’ blow dries.

Lisa has trusted us to help her look her absolute best, and we're deeply honored to be part of her beauty journey. Discover Lisa's haircare secrets and how Margaux Salon contributes to her stunning look in the latest issue of Hello Magazine.

A Necessary Price Adjustment

It's a very challenging time for many individuals and businesses, who struggle to make ends meet. The high street is particularly impacted by the cost-of-living crisis, as evidenced by the number of well-known brands such as Tile Giant, Paperchase or Wilko sadly going into administration.

Like many other salons, we're under pressure as our costs keep going up. According to the National Hair & Beauty Federation, a majority of salons (56%) are not making a profit, either breaking even or posting a loss. Whilst we work tirelessly to absorb the bulk of these additional expenses, there's a limit to what we can achieve. More importantly, we want to keep paying our staff decently as they, too, suffer from rising costs.

That's why we must increase our prices. We're committed to provide good value for money, and we worked hard to keep this increase to a minimum average of just 5% across the board. The price of some services will increase slightly more whilst some will remain unchanged.

As usual, we value and welcome your feedback - please do get in touch if you have any questions or comments.

Sustainable Partnership: Recycling Hair with Green Salon Collective

At Margaux Salon we've always been committed to sustainability, and we're proud to announce that we've already recycled several hundred liters of human hair thanks to our partnership with Green Salon Collective. The guys at Green Salon Collective transform your discarded hair into "booms" used to clean up oil spills, making a positive impact on the environment.

We're thrilled to be part of this eco-conscious initiative and are grateful for your contributions through your salon visits.

Congratulations to Cecile, Our New Kentish Town Manager

Cecile - Margaux Salon Kentish Town Manager

Cecile has been with us since the opening of our Kentish Town salon, some 3 years ago. She's been doing wonders as an assistant manager for about a year, and following Eric's relocation to Corsica, she's ready to step up.

With her extensive experience and enthusiasm, we are confident that Cecile will continue to uphold the high standards and warm, welcoming atmosphere you've come to expect from us.

We're also pleased to share that Eric will continue to support us remotely in our pursuit of efficiency and automation. His expertise will ensure that our salons' operations run smoothly and seamlessly.

We look forward to seeing you again soon 😃

Warm regards,

The Margaux Salon team
