Appointment - terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% of the booking value is payable upfront.

 

You can cancel or change your booking online or by phone up to 36 hours in advance of your visit, with no extra charge.

If you amend or cancel your booking with less than 36 hours notice, the deposit will be retained in full.
